It will also generate both pre-defined and custom reports by geographic areas, lot sizes and lot type. CDS compiles and releases lot price information semi-annually.
In addition to the base report, a separate Summary of Market Statistics is available to subscribers only. This report is designed to provide a three-year overview of the trends and activity that impact the planning and decision-making process. Pricing trends and lot inventory and lot absorption data are presented by type of lot, lot size and by geographic location.
